Technical Project Manager

As a Technical Team Lead at DreamSoft4u, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of MERN stack and PHP developers to ensure successful project delivery. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and guiding a technical team to deliver projects successfully while providing mentorship and support. - Collaborating with project managers, product owners, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using the MERN stack and PHP frameworks. - Conducting code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and compliance with coding standards. - Implementing and promoting agile development methodologies within the team. - Keeping abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development. Your desired skills and competencies should include: - Proficiency in JavaScript and ES6+ syntax. - Strong experience with the MERN stack (Mongo DB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). - Proficiency in PHP development and familiarity with PHP frameworks like Laravel and Symfony. - Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks/libraries like React.js and jQuery. - Knowledge of database design and implementation, especially with Mongo DB and MySQL. - Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration. - Experience with version control systems like Git. - Excellent communication and leadership skills.
