Technical Project Manager

As an experienced and skilled professional, you will have the opportunity to lead a technical team at DreamSoft4u, a renowned software development and healthcare IT service provider established in 2003. Your primary responsibilities will include guiding and mentoring a team of MERN stack and PHP developers to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Collaboration with project managers, product owners, and stakeholders will be essential to understand project requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using the MERN stack and PHP frameworks. Conducting code reviews to maintain code quality, best practices, and coding standards will be a crucial part of your duties. Additionally, advocating for agile development methodologies within the team and staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in web development will be expected from you. The desired skills and competencies for this position include proficiency in JavaScript and ES6+ syntax, strong experience with the MERN stack, and proficiency in PHP development along with familiarity with PHP frameworks such as Laravel and Symfony. Knowledge of frontend technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React.js, jQuery), database design and implementation (Mongo DB, MySQL), RESTful API development, and integration, along with experience in version control systems like Git are highly valued. Excellent communication and leadership skills are also essential for this role. With a minimum experience requirement of 8 years, this is a full-time job located on-site in Jaipur.
