As a member of the DreamSoft4u team, you will play a crucial role in understanding client needs and project requirements by collaborating with the sales and technical teams. Your responsibilities will include assisting in creating detailed requirement documents, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients. Additionally, you will conduct market research to identify client challenges and align solutions to address their needs. Supporting the presales team in preparing product demonstrations, prototypes, and proof-of-concept (POC) materials will be an essential part of your role. Your role will also involve analyzing and documenting business workflows and processes to ensure smooth project execution. Engaging with clients during presales discussions to gather insights and clarify expectations will be a key aspect of your job.
