Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities:

As a TPM, you will be responsible for the following:

• Develop a good technical and functional understanding of assigned projects

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for all assigned projects

• Lead project teams to ensure that project objectives are met and deliverables are completed on time and under budget

• Tracking, monitoring and reporting of assigned projects and ensuring successful project completion

• Metrics driven project management – Define and publish project metrics periodically and take corrective actions as necessary

• Communicate effectively with client and internal stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues that may arise

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers to help them develop their project management skills

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful project integration and alignment with organizational goals

• Ensure project funding/invoicing is done on time

• Any other activities assigned by the management team

What you will need to have

Software Services Industry Experience:

Relevant Experience:

o Minimum of 5+ years of Technical Project Management

o Prior experience of managing and delivering AI/ML or Data projects

o Prior software development experience in any stream.

• Proven track record of delivering projects on-time and under budget • Proven experience in metrics driven project management • Team player with Strong leadership and conflict management skills • Excellent written and oral English communication skills

• Ability to work with multiple internal & client stakeholders, manage priorities and negotiate effectively

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Other Requirements :

• Education: Graduate with a technical degree

• Must be willing to work full time of Bangalore office for the first 3 months

• PMP certification is desirable
