Role: Project Manager

Location: Kochi (Onsite)

Experience: 8+ Years

Job Description:

8+ years of industrial experience & 5+ years of project management experience

Strong knowledge in project management software tools, methodologies & best practices.

Experience in service projects and through project full life cycle

Responsibilities:

· Communicate with customer/stakeholders to understand project requirement.

· Prepare project plan.

· Define project scope, milestones, goals & deliverables.

· Prepare & manage budget.

· Create the schedule & project timeline.

· Plan & allocate project resources.

· Track schedule & deliverables.

· Lead quality assurance.

· Monitor & report on project progress.

· Communicate with stakeholders regarding project progress as well as risks/problems & its solution.

· Implement & manage change requests.

· Act as a link between organization, Customer & team

Skill Set:

· Technical knowledge (React, Java or .NET - desirable development background).

· Excellent communication & time management skill.

· Problem-solving and leadership skills.

· Project planning, risk management, time management and other project management skills.

· Proficiency in project management software tools.

· Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them.

· PMP certified or equivalent experience in project management.
