Job Description: Subject Matter Expert (Multiple Domains) About the Role We are seeking accomplished Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to join our innovative team, driving product development and training in any of the domains: Python and JavaScript (MERN/MEAN) , Cloud Technologies, Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), Testing and Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning/Data Science (AI/ML/DS), or Digital Marketing (SEO/SEM/SMM/SMO/LGEM/GEO). This role requires exceptional technical expertise and mentorship skills to deliver cutting-edge solutions and foster knowledge-sharing in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership: Guide the creation of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions adhering to industry standards. Training & Mentorship: Lead impactful training programs and mentoring sessions to upskill teams in relevant technologies. Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to align solutions with project objectives. Innovation: Integrate emerging trends and best practices to enhance product quality. Quality Assurance: Review deliverables to ensure excellence, efficiency, and compliance with standards. Required Qualifications Education: Masters degree (M.E./M.Tech) in Computer Science/ IT/ Data Science/ AI/Cybersecurity/Marketing Technology or Bachelors degree (B.E./B.Tech) in related fields; Experience: 510 years. Required Technical Skills Expertise in AT LEAST ONE of the following domains: Python and JavaScript (MERN/MEAN): Advanced skills in Python and JavaScript for backend/frontend development. Expertise in MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) or MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) stacks. Proficient in RESTful API design and MongoDB. Cloud Technologies: Expertise in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for scalable solutions. Skilled in microservices, serverless architectures, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Proficient in IaC (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation) and cloud security. Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA): Expertise in data structures (arrays, linked lists, trees, graphs) and algorithms (sorting, searching, dynamic programming). Skilled in C++, Java, or Python for optimized implementations. Testing and Cybersecurity: Proficient in testing methodologies (unit, integration, system) and tools (Selenium, JUnit, Cypress). Expertise in cybersecurity standards (OWASP, NIST) and penetration testing. AI/ML/Data Science: Skilled in machine learning (supervised, unsupervised) and data science (preprocessing, feature engineering). Proficient in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and big data tools (Hadoop, Spark). Digital Marketing (SEO/SEM/SMM/SMO/LGEM/GEO): Expertise in SEO (keyword research, optimization) and SEM (PPC, Google Ads). Skilled in SMM, SMO, and location-based strategies (LGEM, GEO). Additional Requirements Exceptional communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly. Proven ability to mentor junior team members and stakeholders. Strong organizational skills to manage priorities and meet deadlines. Commitment to staying updated with advancements in the chosen domain(s).
