Job Description

Technical Program Manager (TPM)

Role & responsibilities

Lead complete ECU development lifecycle, ensuring on-time, quality delivery.
Act as
primary customer interface
, managing expectations, risks, and milestones.
Coordinate cross-functional leads for
Hardware, Firmware, FuSa, Cybersecurity, and Testing
.
Drive
requirement traceability, documentation, and compliance
using
JIRA and Confluence
.
Manage
resource planning, allocation, and booking
across engineering functions.
Follow up with
procurement and suppliers
for component availability and timely delivery.
Oversee
validation and testing activities
, ensuring full evidence and audit readiness.
Present project updates, dashboards, and risk status to the customer and leadership teams.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven exposure to ISO 26262 (FuSa) and ISO/SAE 21434 (Cybersecurity) processes. Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and evidence-based documentation practices. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills (preferably with European clients).
