Job Summary:

As the Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the architecture, design, and implementation of mobile and web applications. You’ll guide a team of developers, ensure best practices in coding and design, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and user-centric digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full software development lifecycle for mobile and web projects.
• Architect scalable, maintainable, and secure technical solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers to align technical development with business goals.
• Manage a team of frontend, backend, and mobile developers; provide mentorship and technical guidance.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Oversee deployments, monitor performance, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks, proposing innovative solutions to ensure project success.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks to support development needs.

Requirements:Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in modern mobile app development (e.g., React Native, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin).
• Strong backend development experience (Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails, etc.).
• Frontend experience with frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient with Git, Jira, and Agile/Scrum workflows.

Leadership & Communication:

• Proven experience leading development teams and delivering successful projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make strategic technical decisions.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a product development environment.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and collaboration with design teams.
