Technical Project Coordinator

You are a motivated, passionate, and results-driven individual who will be joining us as a Technical Project Coordinator. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate people and processes efficiently to ensure the timely delivery of projects with successful outcomes. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing projects effectively in a fast-paced environment and meeting strict deadlines. Your responsibilities will include the day-to-day management of specific project goals, providing clear guidance on tasks, ensuring timely project delivery within scope and budget, developing detailed project plans, tracking progress, measuring project performance, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. You will also be required to manage relationships with clients and stakeholders effectively. To qualify for this position, you should have an educational background in business administration, computer science, or a related field. A minimum of 6 months of project management experience, preferably in an IT company, is required. Additionally, you should possess a strong technical background, including hands-on experience or understanding of software development and UI/UX design. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for client interactions and internal collaboration. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are also crucial. Proficiency in project management software and tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana is preferred.
