Role Overview
We need a Technical Project Coordinator to manage projects end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery while acting as the main client liaison. This role requires strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from start to finish within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Gather and validate client requirements; prepare documentation (SOW, WBS, BRD, FRD, proposals, reports).
• Translate requirements into technical specs and workflows for the team.
• Coordinate with design, development, QA, and support teams.
• Conduct client meetings, status updates, and ensure quality deliverables.
• Monitor risks and facilitate UAT.
• Support pre-sales with proposals and quotations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years in technical project coordination (software services).
• Strong client communication, documentation, and SDLC knowledge (Agile/Waterfall).
• Experience with Jira, Asana, MS Project, Figma, Balsamiq, etc.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
• Plus: PMP/Agile certifications, technical background, immediate availability.
