About the role:

Technical Product Manager

What you’ll do:

1) Sprint & Delivery Management

*Own sprint planning, backlog grooming, and on-time delivery.

*Collaborate with developers and QA to ensure high-quality releases

*Track sprint velocity, bugs, and deployment success

2) Technical Support

*Help in triaging the L2-L3 issues and prioritizing their fixes and patch management.

*Provide technical implementation support for new customer implementation &

solutioning by working with services team.

3) Documentation

*Keep all technical documentation and trackers.

4) Technical Product Ownership

*Translate product requirements into detailed technical specs

*Support decisions on system architecture, scalability, and tech debt

*Prioritize new features, technical enhancements, and production issues

5) Cross-functional Collaboration

*Act as a bridge between Product, Engineering, QA, and Design

*Drive alignment through regular syncs, stand-ups, and documentation

*Ensure a feedback loop from stakeholders to engineering teams

6) AI &Product Innovation

*Identify opportunities to apply AI/ML in user experience, automation, and personalization

*Work with data scientists and engineers to scope and integrate AI- driven features

*Stay up to date on AI trends and translate them into practical product use cases.

7) Quality & Testing

*Collaborate with QA to define testing strategy (manual+ automated)

*Ensure performance, stability, and quality of releases

*Monitor live issues and coordinate quick resolutions.

8) Product Analytics& Insights

*Use data to drive decision sand measure impact of releases

*Continuously optimize product flows based on user behavior and feedback

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience in product management or technical program management • Strong understanding of software development, APIs, and QA practices
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools like Jira, Confluence, GitHub
• Proven experience working closely with engineering and QA teams
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts and their application in products
• Experience with consumer apps is highly preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and execution skills
