As a Product Manager at our company, your role involves driving the product strategy and vision, managing stakeholders, and ensuring alignment between business units, IT, and external partners. Your key responsibilities include: - **Product Strategy and Vision**: - Define and communicate the product strategy and vision to align with business goals. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and define product requirements effectively. - **Stakeholder Management**: - Act as the main point of contact between business units, IT, and external partners. - Ensure alignment on product goals and integration milestones. - **Requirements Gathering and Analysis**: - Work with product owners, business analysts, and developers to define clear product requirements. - Use prioritization techniques to align requirements with strategic goals. - **Roadmap, PI Planning, and Project Management**: - Lead Program Increment (PI) planning sessions in alignment with SAFe principles. - Maintain a detailed product roadmap and coordinate cross-team dependencies effectively. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: - Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment with product requirements and technical standards. - Define test plans and verify product performance post-integration with QA teams. - **Compliance and Risk Management**: - Ensure integration processes comply with healthcare regulations like HIPAA. - Update stakeholders on compliance, quality assurance, and performance metrics regularly. Qualifications required for this role include: - **Education**: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus). - **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with Core Admin System platforms, data integration, and interoperability standards. - **Product Management**: Strong skills in prioritization techniques, roadmap planning, and PI planning. - **Agile/SAFe**: Solid experience with Agile methodologies, familiarity with SAFe is preferred. - **Soft Skills**: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. - **Market Insight**: Proficiency in market research, analyzing competitive landscapes, and applying insights to product strategy.
