As a Technical Presales at Aurionpro Solutions Limited, your role is to lead end-to-end bid management for complex technology solutions in the Banking and FinTech sectors. Your responsibilities include: - Managing the entire bid lifecycle, from opportunity identification through to proposal submission. - Leading and coordinating virtual bid teams across various departments. - Identifying and managing relationships with OEM partners to meet product requirements. - Conducting detailed research and brainstorming sessions to develop compelling bid content. - Preparing and reviewing all commercial aspects of bids to ensure comprehensive inclusion of products and services in pricing. - Proactively tracking and managing risks associated with the bid process. - Contributing to proposal writing with clarity, coherence, and strong presentation. - Conducting regular team briefings to align efforts and share insights. - Staying abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge. - Driving successful demonstrations, proofs of concept (POCs), and pitch presentations. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Minimum 10 years of experience in bid management, proposal development, or pre-sales within the Banking and FinTech sectors. - In-depth domain expertise in Banking. - Strong knowledge of transaction banking, cash management, and digital banking solutions. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills. - Ability to write technical and commercial responses for RFPs and RFQs. - Strong commercial acumen and experience in pricing and contract negotiations. - At least 7 years of hands-on experience with Java technologies. - Demonstrated leadership ability to inspire, guide, and manage cross-functional teams. Your key performance indicators (KPIs) will include: - Successful end-to-end bid management with high win rates. - Alignment of solution design with customer business requirements. - Creation of compelling proposals and accurate cost estimations. - Effective support to sales teams during contract negotiations. - Identification and targeting of relevant market segments. - Leadership and motivation of bid and technical teams. - Delivery of high-impact demos, POCs, and presentations. - Continuous monitoring and analysis of competitive landscape and industry trends. - Timely delivery of proposals within deadlines with a commitment to excellence.
