Role & responsibilities

1. Requirement Gathering & Solution Design
• Engage with customers to understand their business and technical requirements.
• Conduct site assessments, requirement analysis, and gap identification.
• Design scalable and cost-effective solutions for Networking (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi), Security (Firewall, Endpoint, SIEM), and Data Centre (Compute, Storage, Virtualization).
2. Proposal & Documentation
• Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), Solution Diagrams, and Architecture Documents.
• Draft technical proposals, responses to RFP/RFQ, and presentation decks.
• Support commercial teams in pricing, sizing, and configuration.
3. Customer Engagement
• Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, and product demos.
• Articulate technical benefits and value propositions of proposed solutions.
• Address technical queries during pre-sales and post-proposal discussions.
4. OEM & Partner Coordination
• Liaise with OEMs like HP, Dell, Cisco, Sophos, Fortinet, VMware, etc., for solution validation, pricing, and special deals.
• Stay updated on product portfolios and solution advancements.
5. Proof of Concept (POC) & Demonstrations
• Plan and execute POC setups, demos, or pilot implementations.
• Support sales team in technical evaluations and testing scenarios.
6. Internal Enablement
• Provide technical guidance to sales and delivery teams.
• Maintain updated knowledge on market trends and competitor offerings.

Preferred candidate profile

• Network:

  Knowledge of network setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

• Data Server:

  Experience with server management, data storage, and backups.

• Security:

  Understanding of IT security protocols, firewalls, and data protection.

• Certifications (preferred): CCNA/CCNP, NSE, Sophos, VMware, or HPE certifications.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to prepare and deliver customer-centric solution documents.

  Graduate degree in any field.
