Role Description

Full Stack Tech Lead

full-time, on-site role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a full-stack development team to build reliable, user-centric systems.
• Architect, design, and deploy scalable solutions across front-end and back-end.
• Stay updated on

  the latest tech trends (AI, automation, cloud infra, APIs, analytics, etc.)

  and implement tools that enhance performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to turn ideas into production-ready features.
• Review code, establish best practices, and ensure top-notch performance, security, and maintainability.
• Drive experimentation — test, iterate, and constantly look for smarter tech-driven solutions.
  

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on proficiency with

  JavaScript, HTML, CSS

  , and at least one modern framework (

  React, Next.js, or similar

  ).
• Solid experience with

  Node.js, Python, or Java

  for back-end systems.
• Experience working with

  SQL and NoSQL

  databases.
• Strong understanding of

  DevOps, APIs, and cloud infrastructure

  (AWS/GCP preferred).
• Passionate about new tech — from

  AI tools

  to emerging frameworks — and able to identify how they can be integrated into real-world solutions.
• Experience with

  Git, CI/CD pipelines

  , and agile workflows.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a

  tech leadership or startup environment

  is a strong plus.
