They are currently seeking an experienced Technical Lead – Data Science & Machine Learning to spearhead our AI/ML initiatives and lead a talented team in building scalable, production-grade models that transform how fiber optic sensing data is utilized.

Key Responsibilities:

🧠 Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of scalable ML models tailored to fiber optic sensor data.

☁️ Design and implement Big Data architecture for real-time data processing and analytics.

🤝 Collaborate with sensor engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to translate business challenges into technical solutions.

🧑‍🏫 Mentor and manage a high-performing team of data scientists and ML engineers.

✅ Maintain high standards for data quality, model accuracy, scalability, and security.

🔍 Stay updated with advancements in AI, ML, and fiber optic sensing to bring innovation into our products.

👤 What we're looking for:

6+ years in Data Science, ML & Big Data

Strong Python skills + experience with TensorFlow / PyTorch

Expertise in AWS, GCP, or Azure

Solid Big Data stack (Spark, Kafka, Airflow, etc.)

Leadership experience with a builder’s mindset

Bonus: Knowledge of fiber optic sensing systems
