Were looking for a hands-on Tech Lead who can drive product architecture, manage a small dev team, and ensure delivery of robust, scalable diagnostic software platforms Role & responsibilities lead the end-to-end architecture and development of diagnostic software solutions Oversee the full SDLC from requirement gathering to deployment Lead a team and independently manage the team - set schedules, follow-up and mentor junior developers Manage code reviews, technical direction, and sprint planning Collaborate with stakeholders to align tech with business Integrate with 3rd-party systems (LIS, PACS, HIS, EMR) Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and healthcare standards (e.g., HIPAA, NABL) Preferred candidate profile 5-6 years of full-stack development experience 2+ years in a Tech Lead / Senior Developer role 5 years of Strong backend expertise: [.NET, .NET CORE] 2 years of expert level expertise with Blazor (SyncFusion control set experience a major plus), and knowledge of HTML, CSS3 and Bootstrap, and secure HTTP protocols and solutions Databases: MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB RESTful API development, microservices architecture Knowledge of .NET MAUI and ability to develop solutions is a plus Experience with Git (use and administration), Docker, Azure Devops and release processes including AZDO Pipelines Working skills in Javascript, PHP and Typescript Ability to lead a team and independently manage the team - set schedules, follow-up and mentor junior developers Experience in healthcare/diagnostics is a major plus
