We're Hiring: Tech Lead / Project Lead – Workflow Automation & Integrations (Insurance Domain)

We’re on the lookout for a hands-on Tech Lead / Project Lead to spearhead enterprise-grade workflow automation and integration solutions in the insurance domain.

🔧 What You'll Do:

🔹 End-to-End Workflow Leadership

* Architect BPMN/DMN workflows using Flowable, IBM BAW, and FileNet BPM

* Integrate FileNet ECM for document lifecycle management (claims, underwriting, AML, etc.)

* Ensure compliance, scalability, and performance throughout the SDLC

🔹 Client & Project Engagement

* Be the technical face to the client – translate business workflows into technical specs

* Drive workshops, demos, and UATs with key stakeholders

🔹 Technical & People Leadership

* Mentor 5–10 member agile teams (Java/Spring Boot, React/Node.js)

* Lead microservices architecture and front-end/middleware layers

* Manage Agile delivery: sprint planning, retros, risk mitigation

🔹 Innovation & Modernization

* Modernize legacy systems (e.g., IBM Case Manager → BAW migrations)

* Enable CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes), monitoring (ELK, Prometheus)

✅ Must-Have Skills:

* BPM/ECM: Flowable, IBM FileNet (P8, BPM), BAW, IBM Case Manager

* Backend: Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Hibernate

* Integration: REST/SOAP, JMS, JDBC

* Domain: Proven automation experience in insurance workflows

* Leadership: Project/team management in Agile/Waterfall setups

* Databases: DB2, Oracle, PostgreSQL

* Cloud/DevOps: Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure

🌟 Bonus Points for:

* React (Redux), Node.js (Express/NestJS)

* Kafka, RabbitMQ

* IBM/FileNet/BAW Certifications

* Familiarity with ACORD, HIPAA, GDPR, or Lloyd's compliance

📚 Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS or related field

6+ years in BPM/ECM with ≥3 IBM tools

5+ years in enterprise-grade Java/Spring Boot

3+ years leading technical teams
