Technical Lead

.NET Core, Angular, and cloud-based architectures

• Lead a team of developers in designing, coding, testing, and deploying web applications using .NET Core and Angular.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and architects to understand requirements and design solutions.
• Drive technical decision-making, enforce coding best practices, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Perform code reviews, provide mentorship, and guide junior developers.
• Design and implement scalable APIs, microservices, and RESTful services.
• Work closely with DevOps to ensure CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and application monitoring.
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
  

• 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong hands-on experience in:
• .NET Core / ASP.NET Core (Web API, Entity Framework Core).
• Angular (v10 or later), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
• Experience with SQL Server and/or other relational databases.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cosmos DB) is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) – preferably Azure.
• Strong understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving skills, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Knowledge of message queues/event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus).
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (NUnit, xUnit, Jasmine, Karma).
• Exposure to front-end state management libraries (NgRx, Redux).
