• Experience coaching and mentoring team members
• Experience in conducting code reviews and creating a collaborative development environment
• Familiarity with design patterns
• Experience designing and developing solutions for Azure/cloud.
• Excellent analytical, communication and teamwork skills
• Understanding of Agile frameworks and Tools
• Backend programming language & frameworks specifically C#, ASP .NET Core, Node.js
• Web fundamentals such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery
• JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and React
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server; Familiarity with Mongo or Cosmos DB is a plus.
