Job Title/ Role : ETL Lead Experience: 7 to 12 years

Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the EDW.
Develop and maintain complex SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform product decisions and business strategy.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve data quality, efficiency, and accessibility.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure data integrity and optimal performance of the EDW.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of data governance policies and procedures.
Mentor and guide junior analysts on best practices in data analysis and ETL development.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data warehousing, business intelligence, and data analysis.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Proactively communicate project status, risks, and roadblocks to stakeholders.
