Role: DevOps Lead Locations: Bangalore | Pune | Delhi NCR Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Experience: 7 to 12 Years We are looking for an experienced and motivated DevOps Lead to join our high-performing engineering team, driving the development of next-generation cloud platforms on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) . Role Overview As a DevOps Lead, you will play a critical role in architecting and implementing scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure. Youll lead by example and collaborate across teams to ensure DevOps best practices are consistently applied in our cloud-native environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of infrastructure as code using Terraform Provide deep technical expertise in GCP services including Compute, IAM, VPC, GKE, Cloud Functions, and others. Oversee and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, and Spinnaker. Drive container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes (GKE preferred). Implement automated configuration management with Ansible Lead monitoring and observability initiatives using Prometheus , Grafana , Stackdriver , and ELK Stack Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions Ideal Candidate Profile 7 to 12 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, with a minimum of 2+ years in a lead or senior engineering role. Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is mandatory. Strong expertise in infrastructure automation, cloud architecture, and CI/CD practices Demonstrated leadership in DevOps strategy and delivery within agile teams Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
