Job Description

Primary

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:

Responsible for project planning, requirements understanding, proposed architecture, detailed design, execution, and timely deliverables with the highest quality standards.
Develops and maintains an agile plan for his team's deliverables.
Sets goals for him/herself and his/her team for all deliveries.
Manage tasks to ensure timely and effective project completion according to the project plan.
Participates in feature development from concept to design to delivery, and drives quality into the software application.
Ensures the team follows all coding guidelines and follows all the software development processes.
Closely works with clients, the delivery and testing team, and implements ongoing quality improvement processes.

Secondary

To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
Conducts an internal audit to ensure process compliance with the regulatory standards.
Retain, train, develop, and direct a team of functional leaders reporting to oversee each of their specific areas of responsibility to achieve the organisation's goals, Performance management, and hiring decisions.
