Technical Lead - Java

As a Senior Technical Lead at Winfo Solutions, your role will involve leading a technical team, ensuring successful project delivery, and providing technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. You will collaborate with business analysts and clients to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Your responsibilities will also include troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing best practices to optimize performance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support for successful project delivery. - Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. - Prepare technical documentation and conduct code reviews. - Oversee end-to-end application development and deployment, ensuring adherence to project timelines and requirements. - Manage relationships with clients, acting as a liaison between the technical team and business analysts/clients. - Demonstrate proficiency in Java development, building RESTful APIs, and implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment processes. - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to ETL, databases, and web servers. - Possess familiarity with Git or other source control systems and implement coding standards. - Design and optimize database structures, with experience in data modeling and UML. - Knowledge of Oracle ADF for application development and front-end development using modern frameworks. - Familiarity with WebLogic, SOA, and BPM technologies. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. - Years of experience leading technical teams and delivering complex projects. - Strong proficiency in Java development, REST APIs, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment processes. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform root cause analysis. - Experience working with clients, managing expectations, and providing technical solutions. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.,
