Technical Lead - Java

As a Technical Lead with 10 to 15 years of experience, your role will involve understanding business requirements, product and platform architecture, contributing to architecture and design, and participating in day-to-day technology implementation under the guidance of architects. You will take ownership of specific components/sub-components, drive their design and implementation, and ensure all necessary information for design, coding, testing, and release is available. Your responsibilities will include designing reusable and maintainable components, guiding senior and junior developers, and ensuring functional implementations are delivered successfully within schedules. Key Responsibilities: - Understand business requirements and product architecture to contribute to design and implementation - Take ownership of specific components/sub-components for design and implementation - Lead the team responsible for delivering the components, ensuring all necessary information and support is provided - Design reusable and maintainable components for applications - Guide senior and junior developers to ensure successful delivery of work - Demonstrate strong technical design and solution skills - Optimize SQL queries and database design - Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams for development - Ensure performance and scalability tuning in web applications - Communicate effectively with written and verbal skills - Address software vulnerabilities and ensure secure design practices Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in web applications using Java, JEE technologies (Spring, Spring Boot) - Strong background in Java, JEE, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, HTML5 - Experience with JPA, Hibernate, and Spring Frameworks - Exposure to Spring Data (JPA), Messaging, REST API, and Spring Boot - Knowledge of HTTPS, Web Services (SOAP, REST/JSON) - Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure and platform stack - Understanding of software vulnerabilities and security practices - Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery - Good analytical and problem-solving abilities Note: This job is a full-time position located in Chennai and Noida.,
