About the Role

Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and best practices
• Architect, design, and develop scalable

  web applications

  using

  Java

  and

  React

• Drive development and deployment in

  public cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)

• Implement and manage

  containerized applications

  (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Ensure secure and efficient

  multi-tenant application architecture

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality solutions
• Perform code reviews, set coding standards, and enforce best practices
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies
• Contribute to technical strategy, system design, and process improvements

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years in a

  Technical Lead

  role
• Strong hands-on expertise in

  Java

  and

  React.js

• Solid experience with

  public cloud platforms

  (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Proficiency with

  containers and orchestration

  (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience designing and maintaining

  multi-tenant architectures

• Strong understanding of

  web application frameworks, system design, and scalability

• Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills

Good to Have:

• Experience with

  Kotlin

• Exposure to

  CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and microservices architecture
