JOB POSITION

• Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking for a Tech Lead.
• Strong knowledge of back-end Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
• Deep understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong application design and implementation skills, solid understanding of entire development cycle.\
• Kubernetes/docker containerization.
• RDBMS (Oracle., SQL server or DB2)
• NoSQL (Mongo/docDb)
• Multi-tier distributed web application.
• Cloud based CI/CD pipeline.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Technical Leadership

  : Lead a team of developers in designing and implementing full-stack solutions.

• Architecture & Development

  : Oversee the development of scalable, high-performing Java-based applications.

• Code Quality & Reviews

  : Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for clean, maintainable code.

• Collaboration

  : Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements.

• Mentorship

  : Guide junior developers, providing technical support and career development.

• Integration & Deployment

  : Ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components.
• Innovation & Research.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in computer science or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Experience in the following technologies we utilize most often: Java 17 and above, J2EE, Spring boot, Mongo, SJSF, MVC, Node, RESTful Services, SOAP, Splunk, Spring Microservices/API development.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture.
• 8+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java and full-stack technologies.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Health care experience and NLP knowledge are preferable.
