Job Description

Role: Tech Lead

Location: Ahmedabad (Remote)

Experience Required: 4-8 years

What You’ll Do:

Lead & mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices Architect & develop scalable applications using .NET (C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework), Azure, React & Node.js
Work on Microservices architecture & seamless API integration
Optimize performance, security, and scalability
Drive technical decision-making & collaborate with stakeholders
Manage DevOps pipelines (CI/CD), Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployments
Conduct code reviews & implement best development practices

What We’re Looking For:

4+ years in software development & technical leadership
Strong expertise in .NET & Azure (C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Entity Framework, LINQ)
Frontend skills in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
️Database experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
️Cloud expertise in Azure (AWS is a plus)
️Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps
Strong understanding of Microservices, REST APIs, OData
Agile development & project tracking (Azure DevOps)
️Excellent communication & problem-solving skills

Bonus Skills:

Experience in AI/ML, fintech, ERP, or enterprise applications
Startup experience or handling high-scale projects
Strong architectural design & system integration expertise
