Technical Lead Generation Specialist – B2B IT Services (Remote | Full-Time / Contract) Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract Experience Required: 2–4 Years (Minimum) in B2B IT Services Lead Generation About Us We are a fast-growing IT services company delivering custom web applications, CRM/ERP systems, cloud-based platforms, and mobile apps tailored to businesses across industries and geographies. To fuel our global expansion, we’re looking for a Technical Lead Generation Specialist with proven experience in generating qualified B2B leads for software development services, especially in areas like web development, CRM/ERP, SaaS, and mobile applications. Your Role As a Lead Generation Specialist, your mission is to identify and connect with decision-makers (CTOs, CEOs, PMs) who are actively looking for technical solutions. You'll be our frontline growth engine—strategically sourcing, qualifying, and nurturing leads until handover to the business or technical team. Key Responsibilities Prospect and qualify potential B2B clients for custom IT solutions (web/app development, CRM/ERP, SaaS). Leverage platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clutch, Upwork, Freelancer, email outreach, cold calling, and WhatsApp/email campaigns to find and engage prospects. Write tailored outreach messages and technical pitch decks for different buyer personas. Collaborate with the technical and pre-sales team to understand solutions, use cases, and USPs. Keep the CRM (HubSpot/Zoho/Pipedrive) updated with accurate lead statuses and communication logs. Track and report lead performance, optimize strategies based on ROI and funnel analytics. Schedule meetings, demos, or discovery calls with qualified leads. Who You Are 2+ years of hands-on experience in B2B lead generation for IT services (web, mobile, SaaS, CRM/ERP). Understand software development lifecycle, common project scopes, and buyer pain points . Skilled with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Mailchimp, Instantly, Woodpecker , etc. Experience working with CRMs such as Zoho, HubSpot, Pipedrive . Strong English communication (written and verbal) with a knack for relationship building. Comfortable working with KPIs (leads, conversions, response rates). Proactive, detail-oriented, and outcome-driven. Bonus Points For Experience writing technical proposals or responding to RFPs. Exposure to international markets – US, UK, Europe, or the Middle East. Background as a BDE or SDR in a software development agency or tech firm.
