Role Overview:

Design. Lead. Scale. Path to Engineering Management in 2–3 Years

We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Lead who can architect complex systems, guide engineers, make key technical decisions, and own end-to-end delivery for high-impact products.

This is a leadership-track role for someone who wants to build scalable platforms, mentor teams, and grow into Engineering Manager / Principal Engineer within 2–3 years.

🔧 What You’ll Work On:

Architect and develop high-performance backend services.

Design event-driven microservices, serverless workflows, and real-time data pipelines.

Build and optimize APIs with sub-200ms latencies using queues, caching, and cloud services.

Lead the development of applications and reusable component libraries.

Own database design using MongoDB, PostgreSQL, TypeORM, Mongoose.

Implement DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployments using Docker.

Drive performance improvements (20–40% gains) through architectural enhancements.

Integrate tools like OCR, rule engines, WebSockets, analytics, and 3rd-party systems.

Mentor developers, review code, and maintain engineering best practices.

Collaborate with product, design, QA, and stakeholders to ship features ahead of time.

💡 Who You Are:

Hands-on builder who loves coding, design patterns, and system thinking.

Strong in full-stack or backend engineering, especially JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React.js.

Comfortable with AWS (Lambda, SQS, SNS, EC2, API Gateway), Docker, CI/CD.

Passionate about scalable architecture, event-driven patterns, performance tuning, and real-time apps.
