About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional development teams in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web and client/server applications.
Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions by collaborating with stakeholders and product owners.
Architect and implement system frameworks using modern technologies like
Node.js, NestJS, React, ASP.NET Core
, and others.
Drive code quality through
code reviews, testing strategies

clean coding practices
.
Manage project timelines, sprints, and task assignments via tools like

, and ensure delivery through automation and QA alignment.
Conduct technical discussions with clients, define project scope, and guide overall software architecture.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and leadership throughout the development lifecycle.
