Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience in Core Java and PL/SQL with a strong background in Electronic Payments. The role involves leading technical projects in a hybrid work model ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. The candidate will work in a day shift focusing on enhancing our electronic payment systems to meet industry standards.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of software solutions using Core Java and PL/SQL to enhance electronic payment systems.
Oversee the implementation of technical projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical specifications.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications by conducting regular code reviews and testing.
Identify and resolve complex technical issues implementing best practices to improve system efficiency and reliability.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are achieved within the stipulated timelines.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all technical processes and system configurations.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies integrating them into existing systems where applicable.
Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity through effective use of PL/SQL.
Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business units to ensure seamless project execution.
Contribute to the strategic planning of technology initiatives aligning them with the companys long-term goals.
Support the hybrid work model by effectively managing remote and on-site team dynamics.

Qualifications

Demonstrate expertise in Core Java and PL/SQL with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Exhibit strong domain knowledge in Electronic Payments understanding the nuances and challenges of the industry.
Possess excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
Show proficiency in leading technical teams with a focus on collaboration and achieving common goals.
Have a solid understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Display strong communication skills capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Be adaptable to changing technologies and environments with a willingness to learn and grow.
