Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Lead with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in S/4 HANA UI5 - ABAP OData and S/4 HANA Data Modeling. This hybrid role requires a strong technical background and the ability to work collaboratively to enhance customer experience offerings and analytics. The position operates during the day shift with no travel required.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of S/4 HANA UI5 applications to enhance business processes and user experience.
Oversee the design and optimization of S/4 HANA Data Models to ensure efficient data management and retrieval.
Provide technical expertise in ABAP OData services to support seamless integration and data exchange.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives.
Analyze and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system performance and reliability.
Develop and maintain technical documentation to support system enhancements and user training.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all technical implementations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system functionality and user satisfaction.
Support the deployment of customer experience offerings by leveraging domain expertise in customer analytics.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to foster a culture of learning and innovation.
Monitor system performance and implement necessary adjustments to optimize resource utilization.
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Utilize hybrid work model to effectively balance in-office collaboration and remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

Possess strong experience in S/4 HANA UI5
ABAP OData development and implementation.
Demonstrate expertise in S/4 HANA Data Modeling and its application in business scenarios.
Have a good understanding of customer experience offerings and customer analytics.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Show proficiency in technical documentation and communication skills.
Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
