Technical Lead

JOB PURPOSE- We are looking for a Tech Lead with experience in building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications. Your roles and responsibilities include managing application development while providing expertise in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing, using latest technologies. RESPONSIBILITIES • Designing, developing, testing and successfully deploying critical and complex projects. • Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle: concept, design, build, deploy, test, release and support. • Ensure successful delivery of all technology tasks assigned with high quality. • Diagnose performance issues, fix bugs to increase the functionality of the application. • Write well designed, testable, efficient code. • Build product aligned to Platform Architecture • Build common reusable components • Develop reusable, maintainable, and scalable code • Explore new technologies and carryout POCs Bring innovative ideas to meet our company’s technical needs and enhance applications by identifying opportunities for improvements. • Communicate key project data to team members and building cohesion amongst team members. • Guide, Coach and Support other team members. Manage & Lead team of developers and Review Code

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Qualifications ▪ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field Work Experience Proven experience of 8-12 years with a strong track record of designing and building scalable platforms in a Start-up company. Required Skills • Hands on experience in designing and developing applications • Exposure to frontend technologies such as Angular, good to have. • Strong experience with Spring Boot, Java, full-stack development, and cloud-based architecture. • Lead teams in designing scalable systems and robust databases. • Experience in DB design and writing SQL queries. • Strong experience building, designing, and consuming Restful web services. • Excellent understanding of ORM and Database concepts • Knowledge of JVM, its drawbacks, weaknesses and workarounds. • Advanced level technical knowledge of Core Java (Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction Management etc.) • Experience with SVN, Maven and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines to deploy applications. • Knowledge and familiarity with Micro services Architecture. • Experienced in roles conducting requirements gathering, writing user stories, creating application design and using design patterns. • Good knowledge on coding standards, design patterns, unit testing. • Familiarity with microservices. • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good communication skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels across technology teams.
