Technical Implementation Engineer

About The Role

• Assist in onboarding new customers by configuring the SurveySparrow platform based on client needs
• Set up survey logic, variables, contact imports, triggers, automations, and dashboards
• Support integrations via REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party tools under guidance
• Troubleshoot technical issues and work collaboratively to resolve them
• Document configurations, implementation steps, and client-specific requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams like Product, Support, and Engineering for solution delivery
• Ensure smooth hand-off to the Customer Success team post go-live
  

• Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks
• Familiarity with scripting (JavaScript, Python, or Google Apps Script is a plus)
• Understanding of HTML/CSS and form logic (e.g., conditional rules, piping, hidden fields)
• Curiosity to learn how SaaS products work behind the scenes
• Clear written and verbal communication
• A structured, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  

• Knowledge of workflow automation tools (like Zapier, Make, or similar)
• Exposure to CRM tools or customer experience platforms
• Any academic or personal projects demonstrating applied technical skills
