You will work closely with our Marketing Director to drive pipeline growth and support our go-to-market initiatives. This is a remote role based in India, but aligned with US Central Time (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST / 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST). 🔑 What You'll Do Build, manage, and optimize outbound email campaigns using Instantly and Apollo.io . Leverage Salesforce CRM to manage leads, update records, and track performance. Collaborate with the Marketing Director to refine messaging, targeting, and campaign strategy. Identify and qualify prospects to create opportunities for the sales team. Report on campaign performance and suggest improvements for engagement and conversion. 🎯 What We’re Looking For 2–5 years experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar lead-generation role. Strong written English communication skills (near-native proficiency). Hands-on experience with: Salesforce (CRM workflows, reporting) Instantly (email sequencing) Apollo.io (prospecting & enrichment) Experience running and optimizing email outreach campaigns . Comfortable working US Central Time hours (8 AM – 5 PM CST). We are looking for a Technical Implementation Engineer whose primary responsibility will be to develop and test automation workflows using our low-code tools. This role involves working with technologies such as Python, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create efficient and effective automation processes. Responsibilities Develop and implement the workflows using the Y Meadows low-code development environment Participate in customer implementation meetings via Zoom, collaborating closely with US-based teams Establish and manage connectivity with customers' systems to integrate solutions effectively. Thoroughly test customer workflows to ensure they meet all requirements and effectively handle edge cases.
