This is a remote role based in India, but aligned with US Central Time (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST / 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST). 🔑 What You'll Do Build, manage, and optimize outbound email campaigns using Instantly and Apollo.io . Leverage Salesforce CRM to manage leads, update records, and track performance. Collaborate with the Marketing Director to refine messaging, targeting, and campaign strategy. Identify and qualify prospects to create opportunities for the sales team. Report on campaign performance and suggest improvements for engagement and conversion. 🎯 What We’re Looking For 2–5 years experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar lead-generation role. Strong written English communication skills (near-native proficiency). Hands-on experience with: Salesforce (CRM workflows, reporting) Instantly (email sequencing) Apollo.io (prospecting & enrichment) Experience running and optimizing email outreach campaigns . Comfortable working US Central Time hours (8 AM – 5 PM CST).
