Job Description

A skilled and customer-focused Remote Helpdesk Support Executive require to provide first-level technical support to end-users across global time zones.

Should have strong communication skills, solid technical troubleshooting abilities, and experience working in an IT Service Desk environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide Level 1 technical support to end-users via phone, email, or chat in a 24x7 environment.
Handle incidents, service requests related tickets through ITSM ticketing tool.
Perform initial diagnosis and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues for PCs/laptops issue closure.
Support end-users with Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).
Assist users with VPN connectivity and Office 365 issues.
Coordinate with L2/L3 teams and vendors for escalations and issue resolution.
Engage with OEM vendors for hardware support and service coordination.
Ensure compliance with defined IT processes and SLAs.
Exhibit strong time management and the ability to handle multiple tickets simultaneously.
Stay adaptable to new tools, technologies, and processes as per business requirements.

Qualifications:

Degree with Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT Helpdesk or Service Desk support.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills across global time zones.
Strong active listening and the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
Microsoft certification (e.g., M365, Azure Fundamentals, etc.) and ITIL is an added advantage
Should be comfortable for 24/7 rotational shifts
