Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Quickly become an expert AD Workbench user - familiar with workspaces, including virtual machines and apps, commonly used software, creation of dataset listings, and data access requests
Possess the ability to work independently, solving vague technical problems related to AD Workbench workspaces and data access
Diagnose and resolve software, connectivity, and operational issues to reduce incident resolution time, including software installation from the command line and in environments that require whitelisting due to limited internet connectivity
Provide technical assistance to AD Workbench users experiencing workspace-related issues, including password resets and system lockouts,
Deliver support via Teams meetings and email
Guide users through troubleshooting steps to resolve technical problems effectively on AD Workbench.
Serve as the first point of contact for technical AD Workbench issue resolution and escalation.
Document issues and resolutions accurately, maintain knowledge bases, and ensure high-quality customer service.
Possess foundational knowledge of Microsoft 365 and basic Azure cloud concepts, including the ability to use common Excel formulas and pivot tables
