  • Floor support / on-desk user handling experience
  • Microsoft 365

    user & mailbox management
  • Active Directory

    user ID creation & access management
  • Basic

    network troubleshooting

    (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP, DNS)
  • Router (RNR) &

    Wi-Fi configuration

  • Network

    printer & scanner

    file server support

  • Backup monitoring / scheduling

    experience
  • CCTV monitoring & vendor coordination (basic)
  • Experience in

    asset management & inventory tracking

  • Vendor coordination (OEM / ISP / AMC)
  • Weekly & monthly

    IT reporting

    Familiar with IT policies / SOPs

Certifications

  • Microsoft / M365 certification
  • CCNA or networking course
  • Hardware & networking / IT support course
