Description -

Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Provide functional expertise in ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, Service Mapping, Discovery, Event Management, and ITAM.
Validate solutions against requirements and ensure alignment with best practices.
Support configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders.
Strong functional knowledge of ServiceNow platform and modules:
ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
CMDB & CSDM frameworks
ITAM (Asset Management)
Ability to define and document processes, workflows, and data models.
Understanding of integrations and data flows within ServiceNow.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
