As a ServiceNow Functional Consultant, you will leverage your 4+ years of experience to deliver high-quality solutions in Noida/Pune. Your expertise in modules such as Customer Service Management (CSM), IT Service Management (ITSM), Integrations, and IT Asset Management (ITAM) will be vital in translating business requirements into functional specifications and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, designing and configuring solutions in CSM, ITSM, and ITAM modules, and developing functional specifications, process documents, and test cases. You will also play a key role in supporting end-to-end ServiceNow integrations with third-party tools, collaborating with technical teams for implementation, and ensuring best practices for configuration and usage. Furthermore, you will lead functional testing, UAT, provide go-live support and training, and actively participate in platform upgrades, testing, and documentation.
