We’re Hiring: Network Technical Support Head Join a forward-thinking enterprise that powers mission-critical connectivity solutions for leading telecom and enterprise clients. Our client is redefining network reliability and security through cutting-edge architectures and world-class support. Role: Network Technical Support Head (L2 & L3) Location: Gurgaon (On-site) Experience: 12–15 years (with 5–6 years in people management) What You’ll Do: 🔹Lead L2/L3 support operations: incident resolution, root-cause analysis, permanent fixes 🔹Configure/troubleshoot switching, routing, DNS/DHCP, WAN circuits (BIA/ILL/P2P) 🔹Manage and optimize network monitoring (SolarWinds, Nagios) and wireless LANs 🔹Oversee SD-WAN, Fortinet UTM/firewalls, NAS devices, MikroTik platforms 🔹Champion ITIL-compliant processes for incident, change, and SLA management 🔹Coach and develop cross-functional support teams; liaise with vendors & customers Must-Have: 🔹Bachelor’s/Master’s in Telecom, CS, IT (Business Admin a plus) 🔹Proven operations lead in telecom or managed-services environment 🔹Expert in troubleshooting & escalation management 🔹Hands-on with enterprise network tools and configurations Skills Needed: 🔹Strong understanding of ISP networks, routers, switches. 🔹Excellent partner handling and communication skills. 🔹Project management and analytical thinking. 🔹Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
