Technical Head - (Network or ISP)

As the Network Technical Support Head (L2 & L3) at our forward-thinking enterprise based in Gurgaon, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and security of cutting-edge network architectures for our telecom and enterprise clients. With a wealth of experience spanning 12-15 years, including 5-6 years in people management, you will lead a dynamic team in providing top-tier support and solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing L2/L3 support operations, conducting incident resolution and root-cause analysis, implementing permanent fixes, and configuring/troubleshooting various network components such as switching, routing, DNS/DHCP, and WAN circuits (BIA/ILL/P2P). Additionally, you will be responsible for optimizing network monitoring tools like SolarWinds and Nagios, managing wireless LANs, and supervising SD-WAN, Fortinet UTM/firewalls, NAS devices, and MikroTik platforms. To excel in this role, you must champion ITIL-compliant processes for incident, change, and SLA management, as well as coach and develop cross-functional support teams while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and customers. Your educational background in Telecom, Computer Science, IT (with Business Administration knowledge being a plus) will serve as a solid foundation for your success. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record as an operations lead in a telecom or managed-services environment, showcasing expertise in troubleshooting, escalation management, and hands-on experience with enterprise network tools and configurations. Furthermore, strong skills in ISP networks, routers, switches, partner handling, communication, project management, analytical thinking, as well as proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint are essential for this role.
