Technical Executive

Job Title: Technical Services Executive – Civil Products Department: Technical Services Reports To: Regional Technical Services Manager (RTSM) Experience: 2–10 Years (Minimum 2 Years in Relevant Field) Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering Purpose of the Role: The Technical Services Executive will be responsible for providing technical support to end users, promoting products, and executing demand generation activities within the assigned territory. The role also focuses on engaging with key influencers—such as contractors, engineers, and consultants—to enhance product recommendation and brand presence in the market. Key Responsibilities: Deliver product application support and technical solutions to customers on-site. Promote company products through demonstrations, trainings, and technical discussions. Build and maintain relationships with influencers including contractors, engineers, consultants, and key customers. Conduct regular site visits to track product performance and application effectiveness. Collect and report independent customer feedback on pricing, product quality, and service levels. Coordinate with Regional Technical Services Manager (RTSM) to align activities with business goals. Support marketing and sales teams by providing technical input for local activations and campaigns. Monitor market trends and competitor activity from a technical standpoint. Maintain a record of all site activities, issues resolved, and technical feedback. Required Qualifications and Skills: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (BE/BTech) 2 to 10 years of experience in Technical Services, preferably in construction materials or building products Strong understanding of construction site practices and product application techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to train, influence, and engage site professionals and technical stakeholders Proficiency in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools Preferred Industry Background: Cement, Admixtures, Construction Chemicals, Paints, Waterproofing, or other building material segments Infrastructure, Real Estate, or related project-based industries
