Position Overview: Technical Executive

We are looking for a Technical Executive with a solid background in mechanical engineering and hands-on experience on the manufacturing shop floor. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for quality, process efficiency, and precision engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise shop floor activities and ensure smooth execution of operations
• Perform mechanical inspection and quality control checks
• Study technical drawings and plan jobs accordingly
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement and material flow
• Ensure safety and standard operating procedures are followed
• Support in continuous process improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate documentation and report operational issues

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (with Physics & Math in HS)
• Academic Requirement: Minimum 60% marks in Physics and Mathematics in Higher Secondary (HS)
• Experience: Prior hands-on experience in a mechanical manufacturing environment
• Technical Skills: Drawing interpretation, inspection methods, job planning, vendor management
• Soft Skills: Problem-solving, communication, teamwork
