Overview

As a Technical Customer Success Intern at PartApp, you will play a key role in supporting our clients, understanding their needs, and helping them get the most out of our platform. You’ll work closely with our customer support, technical, and business development teams to ensure customer satisfaction, assist in troubleshooting, and contribute to improving our service experience. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to develop communication, technical, and client management skills in a real-world SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Engagement

  • Deliver excellent support through phone, email, and chat while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist in maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
  • Stay updated on product features and updates to assist clients effectively.

Technical Coordination

  • Identify and troubleshoot basic technical issues in collaboration with the technical team.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure prompt issue resolution.
  • Analyze recurring issues and share improvement suggestions with relevant teams.
  • Follow internal processes, SLAs, and quality standards during customer interactions.

Business Growth Support

  • Gain a strong understanding of PartApp’s products and services.
  • Assist in identifying customer needs and recommending suitable product solutions or upgrades.
  • Support the business development and marketing teams in client outreach initiatives.
  • Monitor client feedback and trends to help shape better engagement strategies.

  • Manage real-world customer relationships in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Understand SaaS product operations, user support systems, and sales pipelines.
  • Apply technical problem-solving in customer-facing situations.

Internship Details

  • Location: Thiruvananthapuram (On-site)
  • Duration: 2 months
  • Stipend: No stipend will be provided during the internship period. Upon successful completion of the internship, a full-time offer along with compensation for the internship period may be extended based on your performance.
  • Certificate: An official internship completion certificate will be provided.
  • Tentative Virtual Interview Slots: November 17th & November 18th.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month

  • Kowdiar, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
