Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 NAV/Business Central Technical Consultant.
  

• Strong proficiency in AL language, C/SIDE (C/AL), SQL and Visual Studio Code.
• Experience in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
• Familiarity with integration tools and techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.
  

Responsibilities

• Implementation and Customization:
• Lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central projects from initiation to completion.
• Customize and configure Business Central to meet client-specific requirements and business processes.
• Technical Analysis:
• Conduct thorough technical analysis of client business needs and processes to design efficient and effective solutions.
• Work closely with clients to gather and document technical requirements.
• Integration:
• Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 Business Central and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Collaborate with integration specialists to streamline data exchange processes.
• Development and Coding:
• Develop and customize extensions using AL language and C/SIDE (C/AL) in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Write and maintain code, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
• User Training and Support:
• Provide end-user training and support during and after the implementation phase.
• Address technical issues, perform debugging, and offer solutions to ensure smooth system operation.
• Documentation:
• Create and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions, customizations, and integrations.
• Ensure documentation is comprehensive, clear, and accessible for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, project managers, and clients, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with other technical consultants to share knowledge and best practices.
• Upgrades and Maintenance:
• Stay informed about updates and new features in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Plan and execute system upgrades and maintenance activities as needed.
