Technical Business Analyst

Description:

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Solution Expert with 5+ years of experience bridging client technology requirements and solution delivery. This role focuses on defining requirements, creating solution diagrams, and coordinating implementations for enterprise AI and telephony solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with client IT and telephony teams to capture requirements.
• Create solution diagrams and technical documentation.
• Translate business needs into functional/technical requirements.
• Manage implementation roadmaps, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
• Support proof-of-concepts, pilots, and production rollouts.
• Coordinate UAT, capture feedback, and manage defect resolution.
• Identify and mitigate risks in solution delivery.
• Prepare reports, executive presentations, and client updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Master’s in IT, Business, or related field.
• Experience in telephony, AI, or enterprise solution design.
• Skilled in Visio/Lucidchart for diagrams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project tracking tools.
• Familiarity with compliance/regulatory standards.
