About the Role

Were seeking a Technical Business Analyst to drive clarity and precision in translating business needs into scalable, high-impact technology solutions.

Youll work closely with stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to define requirements, map processes, and shape product features across web, mobile, and enterprise systems.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, engaging with both technical and non-technical teams, and ensuring that every solution delivers measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with solution architects and developers to design and validate technical solutions.
• Define data flows, integration points, and system behavior specifications.
• Conduct impact assessments, feasibility studies, and workflow modeling.
• Maintain a clear traceability matrix between requirements, design, and testing.
• Support UAT, change management, and deployment readiness activities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Create and maintain business process documentation and training materials.
• Act as a trusted advisor to bridge communication between business and technology teams.

What Youll Bring

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology or enterprise transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps delivery environments.
• Proven experience in API design documentation, system integrations, and data mapping.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, Postman, and SQL.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to translate complex requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities effectively.
• Experience in cloud-based applications (AWS/Azure), ERP, or LMS systems is an advantage.

Certifications (Required & Preferred)

Required:

• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent

Preferred:

• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) / Product Owner Certification
• AWS or Azure Fundamentals
• ITIL v4 Foundation
