Job Description:
Required skill: Visualization, SQL
Data Analysis
o Ability to interpret complex datasets, identify trends and provide actionable insights
o Experience with enterprise data models and data architecture
Business Process Mapping
o Understanding and documenting current and future state processes
o Performing business process re-engineering when needed
Project Management
o Managing initiatives from inception to delivery
o Handling escalations and dependencies across cross-functional teams
Requirements Gathering & Documentation
o Eliciting business, stakeholder, functional, non-functional and transition requirements
o Creating and maintaining technical documentation such as system architecture diagrams and user manuals
Stakeholder Engagement
o Facilitating workshops and discovery sessions
o Influencing and aligning stakeholders across business and technical domains
Technical Proficiency
o SQL and database querying
o Reviewing and understanding complex SQL logic
o Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs and systems integration
o Understanding & experience of data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau
Agile Methodologies
o Working with agile frameworks
o Writing user stories and participating in agile ceremonies.
